This clinic was made possible through meaningful support from the Ministry of Health and the incredible generosity of the Westshore Charity Golf Tournament, reflecting a community-wide commitment to strengthening primary care access.

As one of our very first clinics, Colwood Family Practice represents bold leadership—built on the vision of bringing physicians to our region from across the world to help address the primary care crisis.

Today, the clinic is supported by an exceptional team of 5 family physicians, along with approximately 8 additional doctors and nurse practitioners who contribute to urgent and episodic care services—working alongside an outstanding administrative team that keeps patient care running smoothly every day.
